"BULLY" - Ye Rating: 8/10 Gripe: Parts are half-baked Praise: Andre Troutman's vocals After a few years of waiting for Ye to get out of his rut and actually create some music (Vultures 1 and 2 and his recent Hitler-loving crashout doesn't count), we have a full project in the form of BULLY. Highlights of the album are the Andre Troutman features in WHITE LINES and ALL THE LOVE. Very melodical. Very robotic. Very nice. I also liked "WHATEVER WORKS" too. Some issues with the album include it's half-baked songs on the latter half of the album (Circles and the V1 songs especially). I trust it's going to rank up there with projects like The Life of Pablo.
